Sponsorship Opportunities

Communities across the country rely on outreach services—bookmobiles, home delivery, pop-up libraries, and community partnerships—to ensure equitable access to library resources. The Association of Bookmobile & Outreach Services (ABOS) Annual Conference is your opportunity to connect directly with the professionals who make that access possible. Sponsoring or exhibiting at the 2026 ABOS Conference in Columbus, Ohio (October 12–14) is a high-impact way to showcase your products and services to key outreach decision-makers.

2026 Sponsorship Levels and Opportunities

Diamond - $5,000

Benefits included at this level:

    • Full page ad in digital conference booklet

    • Promotion of your company on the ABOS website and social media with your logo and link to your website

    • Whova virtual booth (You are responsible for setting up your virtual booth. A link with instructions for set up will be provided.)

    • 3 full attendee registrations for booth representatives (These are non-transferable to other non-staff.)

    • Ability to have your printed materials/item in attendee bags. (You will receive instructions on where and when items must be sent.)

    • Premium placed display vehicle parking for up to 2 vehicles.

    • Up to 3 slides in the presentation slide deck during General Sessions.

    • Opportunity to present a webinar outside of the annual conference hosted by ABOS.

    • Opportunity to sponsor of one of the following items (first come first serve basis):
       Community of Care Room - $2,500 Value  Already selected by a sponsor
             Registration Area with company promotion - $2,500 Value  Already selected by a sponsor
      Vehicle Parking Area with company promotion - $2,500 Value

Platinum - $4,000

Benefits included at this level:

  • Full page ad in digital conference booklet

  • Promotion of your company on the ABOS website and social media with your logo and link to your website

     Innovation Award - $1,500 Value (3 awards in total)
     Rising Star - $1,500 Value
    Carol Hole Conference Travel Grant - $1,000 Value (6 awards in total)

Gold - $3,000

Benefits included at this level:

Silver - $2,000

Benefits included at this level:

  • Promotion of your company on the ABOS website with your logo.
  • 1 full attendee registrations for booth representatives (These are non-transferable to other non-staff.)
  • Ability to have your printed materials/item in attendee bags. (You will receive instructions on where and when items must be sent.

Bronze - $1,000

Benefits included at this level:

  • Promotion of your company on the ABOS website with your logo.
  • 1 full attendee registrations for booth representatives (These are non-transferable to other non-staff.)


Additional Sponsorship Opportunities:

    • Attendee bags - (400) = $5,000 

    • Whova app - $6,800.00 = full sponsorship

    • Break - $5,000 = co-sponsor, $10,000 = full sponsorship

    • Welcome Reception - $5,000 = co-sponsor, $10,000 = full sponsorship

    • Offsite opportunities for conference attendees = $10,000        
           Can include but is not limited transportation, activity fee, food & beverage, and giveaways.

    Note: 
    The above additional sponsorship opportunities can not replace a sponsorship level. If the addition of an above sponsorship opportunity elevates a sponsor to a higher level sponsorship category, their recognition of sponsorship would be elevated accordingly to the appropriate sponsorship category.

    All sponsors/exhibitors receive:

    • 6 ft table with skirting
    • Vendor 'speed dating' during the opening session
    • Post conference attendee list
