Jenn Koetz (she/her) is the Deputy Director of the Association of Bookmobile & Outreach Services (ABOS), where she assists with the oversight and administration of the organization’s daily and strategic operations. Her work focuses on financial management, communications, membership, event management, and supporting ABOS’s mission to strengthen outreach services in libraries of all types.

A trained educator, Jenn began her library career as a second profession and has never looked back. She previously spent eighteen years at Brown County Library in Green Bay, Wisconsin, serving in a variety of roles, including seventeen years in outreach services, and culminating her tenure as Bookmobile Manager. Ensuring that community members are served beyond traditional library walls, by eliminating barriers to resources and services; is one of her greatest professional passions.

Jenn has been deeply involved with ABOS leadership, serving on the Board of Directors in numerous capacities, including 2024 President and 2025 Past / Acting President. She has chaired multiple committees, including Bylaws, Conference Planning, Continuing Education, Membership Assistance Program, and Nominations, and has contributed to many others throughout her service. She is also a recipient of the John Phillip Excellence in Outreach Award.

An experienced presenter, Jenn has spoken on outreach services and programming at conferences nationwide, including the American Library Association Annual Conference, Association for Rural & Small Libraries Conference, Association of Bookmobile & Outreach Services Conference, Indiana Library Federation Conference, Wisconsin Library Association Conference, Wisconsin Public Library Association Conference, and the Lead the Way Conference.
