You are cordially invited to exhibit at the 2019 Association of Bookmobile & Outreach Services Annual Conference to be held October 23-25 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market.
ABOS members are professionals and support staff of public libraries who offer library services outside the walls of the library, such as bookmobiles, home delivery or early literacy programs. We have members from all across the United States and some international members as well. Our membership consists of approximately 55% managers, directors, and leaders who make purchases directly and 45% support staff, many of whom influence purchasing decisions at their library. Annual conferences draw approximately 250 people. We have a variety of sponsorship and visibility options for you this year. We recognize the importance of the Vendors and their participation to make our conference a success and we greatly appreciate your support of ABOS.
Exhibit Details
Exhibits will open at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday October 23, 2019 following the opening ceremony and Vendor Q&A. All vendors will be eligible to participate in the Vendor Q&A.
Hours of Show
Set-up: Tuesday, October 22 Time to be determined
Exhibits open: Wednesday, October 23 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 24 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tear down can begin after 5:00 p.m. Thursday, leaving Friday open for individual demos or appointments with potential clients.

Application is not considered final until payment is received. Exhibitor may cancel or withdraw from exhibiting at the 2019 conference by giving written notice.
Written notice received by September 1, 2019-FULL REFUND. Written notice received after September 1, 2019-NO REFUND.
Vendors are responsible for their products and personal possessions and will not leave them unattended.
Though any contribution will always be welcomed, the deadline for officially posted sponsorship is June 1, 2019. Contributions prior to August 30, 2019 will be included in the conference booklet.
All demonstrations must be confined to the limits of booth space unless involving a vehicle on the premises.
ABOS reserves the right to make changes in the time schedule if changes are deemed in the best interest of exhibitors and the attendees. Drawings for prizes may be conducted by exhibitors within their exhibit area.
