Jenn Koetz (she/her) is a trained educator who began her library journey as a second career and has never looked back. She has been with Brown County Library in Green Bay, Wisconsin since 2008, and currently serves in
Outreach Services. Serving community members beyond the traditional library walls by eliminating barriers
and bringing library services and resources directly to them is one of her greatest passions.

Jenn is the 2025 Past President of the Association of Bookmobile & Outreach Services, and is the Chair of the Conference Planning and Membership Assistance Program Committees. She previously served the Association of Bookmobile & Outreach Services as a Board Member-at-Large from 2021 - 2022, Chair of the Continuing Education Committee from 2021 - 2023, the 2023 Vice President, and the 2024 President.

Jenn has presented on Outreach Services and Programming at the American Library Association Annual Conference, the Association for Rural & Small Libraries Conference, the Association of Bookmobile & Outreach Services Conference, the Indiana Library Federation Conference, the Wisconsin Library Association Conference, the Wisconsin Public Library Association Conference, and the Lead the Way Conference.
